- electronic copy of the title deed (optional): 1.000 HUF

- registration fee (per topographical lot number): 6.600 HUF

- urgency fee (if you want): 10.000 HUF

(Due later upon the request of the Tax Authority.)

- 4 % of the purchase price

- building lot: duty-free in case of building a house within 4 years

Upon the agreement of the parties. Includes:

- drafting the contract and all other documents
